Begin your journey with Reiki, join me at one of my Reiki Level 1 Workshops. 

Experience a blissful two days with me at my wellness and healing sanctuary filled with thousands of crystals, overlooking the everchanging vistas of Storm Bay.  Just 15 minutes from Hobart, Tasmania.

Reiki Level 1 is traditionally known as Shoden, “'First Teachings'”. It is the first level of teaching in the traditional Japanese branch of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho.

At my Reiki Level 1 Workshop, you will learn the art of self-healing which will enable you to listen to your own inner wisdom and connect to your body. During this stage of your Reiki training, the emphasis is on empowering you in your own healing and learning how to treat your friends and family with Reiki.

What is Reiki?

Reiki which means "universal life energy" is an energy healing system, founded in the early 1900s by Japanese scholar Mikao Usui.

Reiki assists in stress reduction, relaxation, and restoring the natural balance between mind, body, and spirit.  Reiki is non-invasive and does not interfere with any form of medical treatment. It is administered by hands being placed on or just off the body in order to channel universal energy to the recipient.

Who can learn Reiki?

Reiki is a very simple technique to learn and is not dependent on having any prior experience with healing, meditation, or any other kind of training.

My Reiki Level 1 Workshop is open to adults of all ages and backgrounds, whether Reiki is new to you or even an experienced holistic practitioner.

There are no course prerequisites.
