Gifts from Gaia comply with Australian Consumer Laws, in relation to refunds and returns of products purchased through our Crystal and New Age Shop.

Please make your selections carefully as Gifts from Gaia does not provide refunds or returns if you simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, or you damaged the item by misuse, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

We will not accept returns or replace goods because of natural flaws or fractures caused during Mother Nature’s creation of natural rough rock specimens, crystals, semi-precious stones, gemstones, tumbled or polished items etc.  All our products are of ‘good saleable quality’ and any natural flaws or fractures do not detract from the item.

You may be entitled to a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law where products are faulty, wrongly described or differ greatly from the photo shown. Notification of the defective item/s must be received at Gifts from Gaia within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Please ‘Contact Us’ and we will advise the address to which the item/s should be returned.
