Reiki (ray-key) is an ancient natural healing technique involving the laying of hands onto or near the body in order to channel universal energy into the recipient. Reiki is gentle yet stimulates the body to heal itself at the cause of the problem, promoting a holistic balancing of mind, body, and spirit.
Crystals are used during a session to absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within your energy field. Crystal Healing aims to bring your mind, body and spirit back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium.
Chakra Balancing can create harmony and balance of our body, soul, mind and spirit. This Healing Service may help you feel more centred, grounded, and relaxed, giving you greater overall wellness and vitality.

During your session, I will take a practical and grounded approach to everyday issues, helping you cultivate a deeper connection with your heart, body, and mind. I use various techniques and modalities, including but not limited to breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, affirmations, journaling, aromatherapy, holistic counselling, energy healing, oracle cards and more.
A Personal Crystal Healing Grid will be created for you targeting anything specific you wish to focus on, instilled with Reiki and placed in my Healing Room for 24 hours. You will receive a photo of the grid.
Healing Services Booking FAQ
When a client schedules an appointment with Gifts from Gaia, that time is reserved especially for them. In order to best serve all my clients, all appointments must be paid for in advance, and the below FAQ applies once an appointment is scheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment is required. The full session fee will be retained if you fail to provide 24 hours or more notice of cancellations or changes.
