Reiki
Reiki (ray-key) is an ancient natural healing technique involving the laying of hands onto or near the body in order to channel universal energy into the recipient. Reiki is gentle yet stimulates the body to heal itself at the cause of the problem, promoting a holistic balancing of mind, body, and spirit.
Crystal Healing
Crystals are used during a session to absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within your energy field. Crystal Healing aims to bring your mind, body and spirit back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium.

Chakra Balancing can create harmony and balance of our body, soul, mind and spirit.
Intuitive Energetic Healing
I will work intuitively using a combination of the following modalities: Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing, Cord/Attachment Removal, Channelled guidance, Sound Healing and Crystal Energetic Lymph Massage.
Past Life Regression Therapy
A therapeutic technique for recalling and re-experiencing your past lives. Whilst in a state of deep meditation you will be guided connect to your soul, giving you profound insights into issues of emotional turmoil which are affecting your present life.

Distance Energetic Healing
Distance Healing is just as effective as in-person healing as it also employs the universal life force to balance the flow of energy throughout one’s body, mind and spirit in order to revive their health.

Sessions include guidance through a practical and grounded approach to every day issues, for greater connection to your heart, body, and mind.
Personal Crystal Healing Grids
A Personal Crystal Healing Grid will be created for you targeting anything specific you wish to focus on, instilled with Reiki and placed in my Healing Room for 24 hours. You will receive a photo of the grid.
Healing Services Booking FAQ
When a client schedules an appointment with Gifts from Gaia that time is reserved especially for them. In order to best serve all my clients, all appointments must be paid for in advance and the below FAQ apply once an appointment is scheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment is required. The full session fee will be retained if you fail to provide 24 hours or more notice of cancellations or changes.
