Placing an order
All orders for Gifts from Gaia are made via the 'Crystal and Metaphysical Shop' on our website.  Once an order is placed your items are reserved while payment is taken via PayPal, a secure and safe, third party payment system. Once payment is received by Gifts from Gaia your order will be packed and shipped within 3 business days.

Where do we ship to?
Gifts from Gaia post worldwide, however our website is setup for shipping to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.  For postage to other countries please use our 'Contact' form and let us know what you are interested in purchasing; we’ll then provide you with a postage quotation.

We use Australia Post to send out our orders.  Postage costs will vary depending on destination, weight and size.  Customers are responsible for any incidental costs that may arise from International shipping such as taxes or tariffs.

Gifts from Gaia rely on Australia Post for delivery and unfortunately delays may occur that are beyond our control. We are not liable for delays whatsoever.

Postage insurance
Parcels posted within Australia are not insured, although they do have tracking numbers and require a signature on delivery.  Should you require insurance please contact us directly so we can provide a quotation which includes insurance.

Gifts from Gaia sends all International orders via registered post, this provides insurance coverage for goods up to the value of $100.  Gifts from Gaia cannot be held liable for any orders that do not arrive or arrive damaged. If loss or damage does occur a claim can be made with Australia Post.

Loss in Transit or Damage in Transit
Gifts from Gaia will pack everything securely to keep it safe in transit. If goods are broken or damaged when your order arrives, please photograph the damaged parcel and notify Australia Post.  Australia Post will inform you of the steps to make to claim for this type of incident.

If your goods do not arrive as expected please contact us and we will provide your tracking number (for Australian Parcels) or Registered Post number (for International Parcels).

Refunds and Returns
Please make your selections as Gifts from Gaia does not allow refunds or returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

We will not accept returns or replace because of natural flaws or fractures caused during Mother Nature’s creation of natural rough rock specimens, crystals, semi precious stones, gem stones, tumbled or polished items etc.  All our products are of ‘good saleable quality’ and any natural flaws or fractures do not detract from the item.

You may be entitled to a refund in accordance to Australian Consumer Law where products are faulty, wrongly described or differ greatly from the photo shown. Notification of the defective item/s must be received at Gifts from Gaia within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Please ‘Contact Us’ and we will advise the address to which the item/s should be returned.

Once you have received return advice, defective items must be returned to Gifts from Gaia within 14 days. On receipt of the item a replacement will be dispatched to you (subject to availability) at our cost. If a replacement is not available we will reimburse the cost of the original item, including delivery fee, by way of the original method of payment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that item/s is adequately packaged when returning them. You also need to include a note explaining the reason why you are returning the item/s. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage, because should the package become lost in transit Gifts from Gaia may assume that you have decided not to return the item/s.   

Cancelled/Changed Order Policy
Our online ordering processes are automated, so we are unable to make changes to an order once it is finalised. If you would like need to add additional items, you will need to place another order which will result in additional shipping charges. If you cancel your order before it's packed, a full refund will be given. Cancelled orders that have already been boxed up for shipment will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
