When a client schedules an appointment with Gifts from Gaia – Energetic and Intuitive Healing, that time is reserved especially for them. In order to best serve all my clients the following policy is effective once an appointment is scheduled. 

  • Cancellations and Changes
    If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, at least 24 hours’ notice is required or the full session fee must be paid.  No further appointments can be booked until the fee has been paid.  Clients who repeatedly cancel may be asked to pay for appointments in advance.

  • Late Arrivals
    If you are late to your appointment, the end time of the session will still be honoured to keep other clients from being inconvenienced, as such your appointment time will be reduced accordingly.  The full session payment will be charged.

  • No Shows
    If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.
